Below are instructions to access and use the Donation Report after logging into ACTIVE Giving and selecting a campaign from the drop-down - doing so brings you to the My ActiveGiving HQ tab.

NOTE: The Donation Report yields a list of donations submitted for your campaign - refer to the Fundraiser Report for fundraiser activity or the Accounting Report for fees

1. Click View Reports
2. Click Donation Report (this should be the default selection)
3. Within the Filter Report box on the right, check the Use All Dates box
NOTE: Enter Start Date and End Date if you prefer to review a particular period of time
4. Apply other filters as needed
5. Click Get Report

6. The page will refresh and you should see updated details within the Donation Summary box on the left as well as the Report Details box towards the bottom

7. Click Download Data to export the report (in .csv format) to Excel
