Below are instructions to add questions on your listing after logging into Registration Center.

Click on a link below to view details on adding questions with various answer styles starting with the Style and Placement screen of the question wizard:

Add Free Merchandise question (example: optional merchandise, dinner tickets, etc.)
Add Cost Merchandise question (example: $20.00 event t-shirt)
Add Text question
Add Yes or No question
 

Add Free Merchandise question (example: merchandise, dinner tickets, etc.)

1. Expand Customization
2. Click Questions
3. Click Create New Question
4. The Create New Question wizard will open into a pop-up window - click Next to initiate the question creation process
5. Establish the following fields respective to Style and Placement, then click Next:
- Select the Multiple choice checkboxes answer style
- Choose where to display question (main section or right margin)
- Choose the layout of this question (question appears to the left or above answers)
6. Establish the following fields respective to Define Question, then click Next:
- What is the question?
- Hint (optional)
- Additional help text (optional)
- Is it mandatory to answer this question?
Note: Requiring this question will force participants to select at least one merchandise option
7. Establish the following fields respective to Specify Quantity, then click Next:
- Would you like to allow your registrants to purchase or order more than one item associated with this question?
- If yes, specify an optional Minimum quantity and/or Maximum quantity
Note: If left blank, no minimum or maximum quantity will be enforced
8. Enter Answer Option and Answer Price, then click Add for each answer option needed
EXAMPLE: Small ($0.00), Medium ($0.00), Large ($0.00), Extra Large ($0.00)
9. Click Next
10. Adjust the Header Export value (that will appear within Excel) if needed, click Next
11. Check boxes to associate question with categories, click Finish
 


Add Cost Merchandise question (example: $20.00 event t-shirt)

1. Expand Customization
2. Click Questions
3. Click Create New Question

11. Check boxes to associate question with categories, click Finish
 


Add Text question

1. Expand Customization
2. Click Questions
3. Click Create New Question
4. The Create New Question wizard will open into a pop-up window - click Next to initiate the question creation process
5. Establish the following fields respective to Style and Placement, then click Next:
- Select the Short answer answer style
- Choose where to display question (main section or right margin)
- Choose the layout of this question (question appears to the left or above answers)
6. Establish the following fields respective to Define Question, then click Next:
- What is the question?
- Hint (optional)
- Additional help text (optional)
- Is it mandatory to answer this question?
Note: Requiring this question will force participants to select at least one option
7. Establish the following fields respective to Define Answer, then click Next:
- Do you want to restrict how people can answer this question?
- No, any answer is permitted
- Yes, the answer must be a number
- Yes, the answer must contain only letters and numbers
- Yes, the answer must be a date
- Yes, the answer must be a telephone number
- Yes, the answer must be an email address
- Yes, the answer must be a valid Championchip format
- Maximum length (optional)
- Initial text to display as answer
8. Click Next
9. Adjust the Header Export value (that will appear within Excel) if needed, click Next
10. Check boxes to associate question with categories, click Finish
 


Add Yes or No question

1. Expand Customization
2. Click Questions
3. Click Create New Question
4. The Create New Question wizard will open into a pop-up window - click Next to initiate the question creation process
5. Establish the following fields respective to Style and Placement, then click Next:
- Select Single choice radio buttons or Single choice pulldown menu answer style
- Choose where to display question (main section or right margin)
- Choose the layout of this question (question appears to the left or above answers)
6. Establish the following fields respective to Define Question, then click Next:
- What is the question?
- Hint (optional)
- Additional help text (optional)
- Is it mandatory to answer this question?
Note: Requiring this question will force participants to select at least one merchandise option
7. Establish the following fields respective to Specify Quantity, then click Next:
- Would you like to allow your registrants to purchase or order more than one item associated with this question?
- If yes, specify an optional Minimum quantity and/or Maximum quantity

Note: A pop-up will appear confirming that the question was created, click OK
Note: You will return to the main Questions screen - the newly added question appears at the bottom of the page
