Below are instructions to add or edit registration messages (on all categories or on individual categories) seen by participants at various stages of the registration process on your listing after logging into Registration Center. Even if you do not include messages, participants will be aware of when registration is open or closed based on information included on the details page.

Note: The following messages will appear on all categories on your listing - scroll down on this article to view how to include messages for individual categories

1. Expand Customization
2. Click Registration Messages
3. Establish the following message options:
- Message to display when registration is not yet open
Note: This messages does not currently display on ACTIVE.com details pages - if registration is not yet open, we recommend adding a custom detail linking back to your organization website (where you can include any information you'd like)
- Message to display when registration is closed
- Message to include on confirmation page
- Message to include in confirmation e-mail
Note: You may click the View Sample Email Confirmation link to preview the confirmation email message
- File to attach to confirmation e-mail
4. Click Save

Note: The following messages only appear on individual categories where details have been added - scroll up on this article to view how to include messages for all categories

1. Expand Registration Categories
2. Expand a Category folder
3. Click Customize Options
4. Establish the following selections/fields:
- Would you like to have a category specific confirmation message?
Note: Select Yes or the registration confirmation and email confirmation messages will not display
- Registration Confirmation
Note: This message displays after the registrant successfully submits payment
- Email Confirmation
Note: This message displays within the confirmation email that the registrant receives after successfully submitting payment
5. Click Save
