Below are instructions to change event contact information and billing address details on your listing after logging into Registration Center.

Change Event Contact Information
1. Navigate to Organization Information > Contact Information
2. Update Contact name, Contact phone, Contact fax (optional), Contact email, and web address (optional)


3. Click Save

Note: Event contact information is included on confirmation messages after registrations are completed - prospective registrants may submit a message to the established email address through our system, but the email address is hidden

Change Billing Address
1. Navigate to Organization Information > Accounting Information
2. Update payment details fields


3. Click Save

Note: Billing information is for ACTIVE's internal use only - this address is used to mail your organization registration checks (every two weeks)

Note: Checks sent to a Post Office Box cannot be forwarded to another address instead the check will be returned to ACTIVE
