Below are instructions to email Donors on your campaign after logging into ACTIVE Giving and selecting a campaign from the drop-down - doing so brings you to the My ActiveGiving HQ tab.

1. Run a Donation Report
2. Scroll to bottom of page, check boxes to select Fundraisers (or click X to select all)
3. Click email selected contributors
4. On Contact Your Donors screen, confirm the following fields are populated:
- To (will include any donors that had email addresses included)
Note: Separate emails with a comma
- Subject (defaults to "Your Campaign Name Donors")
- Your Message
5. Click preview email to ensure message looks accurate
6. Click send email


7. A message appears confirming that your message was sent, click OK
8. Return to Fundraiser Report automatically
