There are multiple possible causes for this error. First please try updating Meet Manager as release 7.0 Ch resolves this issue. If this does not resolve error follow the steps below.
Note:  If the first solution does not resolve the error you will need to continue and try the other solutions until problem is solved.

Solution 1: Repair/Compact Database
  1. Please see Fix Database Issues article: Fix Database Issues & Re-Rank Times
Solution 2: Restart Computer​
  1. Close Meet Manager
  2. Restart the computer
  3. Open up Meet Manager
  4. Re-create report
Solution 3: Change Default Printer
If this issue is occurring in Meet Manager follow the steps below:
  1. Click Set-up
  2. Click Report Preferences
  3. Click Printer Options
  4. Set Report Printer to Microsoft Print to PDF
If this issue is occurring in Team Manager follow the steps below:
  1. Right-click the windows start icon
  2. Click Control Panel
  3. Click View Devices and Printers
  4. Right-click Microsoft Print to PDF
  5. Click Set as Default Printer
Solution 4: Install Demo version of Meet Manager 7.0 for Swimming
  1. See Download and Install MM Demo: Download and Install MM Demo
Note: This installs several report files that are then used in Meet Manager and Team Manager.  You do NOT have to use the demo for the reports.
Solution 5: Install Times Font Files
  1. Close Meet Manager/Team Manager
  2. Download Times Font files: Times_Font.zip
  3. Unzip the file
  4. Copy the four files to C:\Windows\Fonts
NoteIf you encounter a warning dialog click 'Yes'
  1. Launch Meet Manager/Team Manager
  2. Create the reports
