To change the password on your on your parent portal you will need to change it on your ACTIVE Passport account, follow the steps below:
Note: If you cannot remember your password, please refer to Retrieve Password instructions on login article
- Login to to https://passport.active.com
- Click on your name, select View Profile
- Select Account Settings
- Enter Current Password
- Enter New Password and Confirm New Password
- Click Update Password
