When opening a database in Meet Manager an error message reading "Problem opening database: Error #: 3031: Not a valid password. Database may be damaged, usually from a recent crash. Click File / Repair Database to repair this database which is named: " appears. Please see steps below to correct the error.
  1. Make sure the correct software is being used
  • Note: Team Manager database used only in Team Manager and Meet Manager database used only in Meet Manager
  1.  Repair the Database
    1. File > Repair/Compact Database
