For Customers who received an Error 429, Activex  Component can't create object error after installing the latest service pack update, follow the steps below: 
  1. Close Hy-Tek Program (SWMM8/SWTM8/TFMM6/TFTM4.2) 
  2. Right click on Desktop icon for the program you are using 
  3. Left click on Properties
  4. Click on Compatibility tab
  5. Select Run this program in compatibility mode
  6. Select from list version of Windows you are running (for Windows 10 select Windows 8)
  7. Click Apply, then close out of icon
  8. Open Hy-Tek Program (SWMM8/SWTM8/TFMM6/TFTM4.2) 
  9. If error persists go back to Compatibility tab on Team Manager icon
  10. Uncheck box to Run this program in compatibility mode
  11. Check option to Run this program as an administrator
  12. Click Apply, the open the program
