When trying to install license file via web delivery, license will not download. Below are possible error messages:
 
- Connection error
Timeout error
Server error: access denied
Program error
Note: A program error at other times may be a different issue

These error messages are often caused by security software on your organization's network or computer blocking the download. Below are three options to resolve this:

1. If laptop, disconnect from network and take home to finish installation
2. Contact IT department and ask them to allow connection (FTP connection using port 80, SFTP connection using port 22)
3. Purchase product replacement with CD delivery
