An "invalid procedure call or argument" error may appear when creating reports in Team Manager. This error can occur when an incorrect driver is installed or files used in creating reports are damaged.
  • Note: Error may appear at other times due to different issue - steps below only apply if error encountered when creating reports
  1. Open Control Panel
  2. Select Devices and Printers and check default printer
    • Note: Default printer will have green check mark next to icon
    1. If no Default Printer, right-click a printer and select Set as default printer
    2. If no printers listed, select Add a Printer (recommended: Adobe PDF Printer)
      • Note: Any Windows supported printer can be used. Dot-Matrix printers are NOT recommended for reports.

If error still occurs, close Team Manager and continue to Step 3
  1. Open Control Panel
  2. Select Device Manager and check if drivers are up to date (incorrect drivers are marked with a yellow exclamation point !) 
    1. ​Contact your printer's manufacturer to receive current drivers
If error still occurs, close Team Manager and continue to step 5
  1. If not done already, install Adobe PDF printer and set as default

If error still occurs, close Team Manager and continue to step 6
  1. Install Meet Manger 7.0 Demo

If error still occurs, close Team Manager and continue to step 7
  1. Perform clean install

If error still occurs, close Team Manager and continue to step 8
  1. On Windows CD, select Repair Windows
