Follow steps below if encountering error loading - subscript out of range when creating reports or scoring event in Meet Manager for Track & Field 6.0 or Meet Manager for Swimming 5.0, 6, 7 or 8
1. (Swimming only) Is your meet Division by Time Standards?
3. Delete product folder
1. (Swimming only) Is your meet Division by Time Standards?
a. Yes:
i. Go to Events
ii. Click Standards
iii. Under Scoring column, check at least one standard
iv. Try to create report again
ii. Click Standards
iii. Under Scoring column, check at least one standard
iv. Try to create report again
b. Not sure: Go to Set-up > Meet Set-up and see if Meet Type is set to Time Standards
c. No: Continue to Step 2
2. Uninstall Meet Manager3. Delete product folder
a. Open Windows Explorer (Windows Start > Computer)
b. Go to OSDisk (C:) > Hy-Sport
c. Right-click product folder and select Delete

a. Track & Field: TFMM6 folder
b. Swimming: SWMM5, SWMM6, SWMM7 or SWMM8 folder
4. Reboot computer
