Here is the processing time for web deliveries:
  1. If order is placed BY 12:00 PM CST and there are no issues (see below), it will be processed on same business day
  2. If order is placed AFTER 12:00 PM CST and there are no issues (see below), it will be processed on following business day
  3. If there are any issues with the order, the department will contact the customer at the email address provided to resolve the issues. 
  4. Once all issues are resolved, order will be processed following business day
Note: Possible issues with orders include:
  • Tax Exempt Certificate (TEC) is not presented at the time of the order or cannot be verified
  • Questions on the order
  • Licensing issues
Note: If customers have not received an email regarding their order such as web delivery or regarding any issues with the order, they have to contact the store at hyteksales@active.com, as there could be an issue with the customers' contact information.
