Here are the different types of HY-TEK License Agreements available for Team Manager and Meet Manager
  • Note: Single user software may NOT be distributed to run separate meets at separate sites for subsets of one organization
  • Note: All licenses allow for the software to be installed on multiple computers except League Licenses

Team Manager and Meet Manager Licenses

Club, Team, or School License
  • Permitted for clubs, teams, and schools to run any meet which is HOSTED BY and COMPETED IN that club, team, or school
    • Note: Must be at their own pool or track
    • Note: Club and school must each have their own license even if their meets are held at the same site and the different teams have the same head coach 

Team Manager License Only

League License
  • Permitted to use to manage the swimmers associated with multiple teams in one league
    • Note: Cannot be distributed to the individual teams in that league

Meet Manager Licenses Only

Championship Meet License
  • Permitted to use to run one specific championship meet each year
  • Typically used to run the State Championship meet which is rotated among different high schools each year
  • Note: If licensed to a League's Championship Meet, it may NOT be used to run Dual Meets or Divisionals for the league
  • Note: Requires licensee to submit the date of the meet each year via email (hyteksales@active.com). 

Site License
  • Permitted to use for any and all meets that are run at one facility
  • Note: Accepted facilities include: Age Groups, Masters, High School, College, etc.
  • Requires an annual subscription fee of $250 per year (order can be placed at Hy-Tek Online Store)
  • Note: May not be distributed to entering teams to facilitate data entry
 
Organization License
  • Permitted to use for a maximum of FOUR (4) Championship meets ONLY
  • Requires an annual subscription fee of $250 per year (order can be placed at Hy-Tek Online Store)
  • Note: May not be used for club or school hosted meets
USA Track and Field Association License
  • Requires an annual subscription of $450 per year  (order can be placed at Hy-Tek Online Store)
    • Note: Only license with an upgrade when renewed
Independent Timing Contractor License (Track & Field Only)
