To set a limit with a Maximum from each team that can advance to finals
- Go to Set-up > Entry/Scoring Preferences
- Near bottom of Scoring/Awards tab is option: Maximum per team that advance to finals from prelims (blank for no limit)
- Enter Maximum number for Individual events, and Maximum number for relays
