The Meet Mobile application (app) displays meet results in real time as Meet Manager receives data from the timer (one heat at a time). This app has the ability to display heat sheets, psych sheets, records, team scores, and time standards.

Meet Mobile is a free app designed by ACTIVE Network which can be installed on numerous mobile devices. For additional details, view the following article found in the ACTIVE.com Support Help Center .

Below are instructions to configure Meet Mobile Publishing from within the main screen of Meet Manager 7.0.

1. Go to Set-up > Meet Mobile Publishing or click on the Meet Mobile icon within the top bar
Note: The default screen is Settings and should be completed first of the four available options (Settings, Publish, Promote, Report)
2. Settings
Note: Settings is the default screen and should be completed first
a. Full Meet Data (recommended): Yields full access for Meet Mobile users to all meet information (including heat sheets, meet results, psych sheets, and team scores)
Note: Selecting this option allows organizers to apply pricing options that Meet Mobile users pay for access to heat sheets
Note: If an organization chooses to charge for heat sheets, note that all other details are available for free (the fee specifically applies to heat sheets)
Note: In each case, the total price is shown - a portion of that price comes back to the team
b. Free Heat Sheets: A new feature allowing organizers to publish heat sheets at not charge to Meet Mobile users
c. ACTIVE.com Set-up: This option configures the organization account so that ACTIVE Network can distribute a check payment for the team's portion of the fees charged
Note: If this is the first time using this option, click ACTIVE.com Set-up and enter organization information
Note: If the organization has already entered information, the account name and address will display under ACTIVE Works Remittance Information
d. Restrict Heat Sheet Data: This option gives Meet Mobile users free access to an entire meet (simply select the terms of use contract and click Confirm)
e. View Contract to Agree: Review the contact and agree by applying the following options:
i. Date of Birth
ii. Full Name
iii. Select Agree
iv. Click Confirm, then confirm the options that were selected (if these are correct, click Yes)
3. Publish
a. Select the correct Team Scoring option to publish the event timeline
b. Publish General Meet Information: Publish meet information several days in advance of the meet date (however, we recommend waiting until the meet entry process is complete)
Note: This action uploads the meet, a listing of the meet events by session, records, time standards, and athletes entered into the database via the Meet Mobile server
Note: This allows organizers to publish teams and athletes to Meet Mobile, creating an ID for each
Note: Uploading before the meet entry process is complete means that teams may send updated entry files - once the new file is uploaded, duplicates will occur in Meet Mobile
i. When publishing general meet information, the database used to publish receives a Meet Mobile ID which links to the specific meet within Meet Mobile
ii. This exact same database must be used while running the meet (or a backup of the database made after the meet was published to Meet Mobile)
Note: A backup made before the meet was published will not work and will not be linked to Meet Mobile to upload results
iii. If an organization is reusing a database from a previous meet, we recommend re-saving the database under a different name to create a unique Meet Mobile ID
-.Go to File > Save as
- Change the database name
c. Once the meet entry deadline passes and entries are complete, click Publish Psych Sheets and Heat Sheets
i. This action uploads the psych sheets and heat sheets for any seeded events
ii. When seeding or re-seeding events after uploading, the psych sheet or heat sheet for that event will automatically upload to Meet Mobile when exiting the seeding menu
4. Promote
a. Used to display and print a Meet Mobile promotional flyer to distribute to those who wish to follow the meet from a mobile device
5. Report
a. Yields access to the previously configured ACTIVE.com Passport account
i. Use this account to access a report which lists Meet Mobile purchases for a meet
Note: The ACTIVE.com Passport account (email address and password) are needed to access the report

Below are additional details about pricing options, related to Settings (step 2):
- Currently only accounts in the United States (USA), Australia (AUS), and Canada (CAN) are eligible for revenue sharing
- If a different host country selects the Full Meet Data option, the price for access to the meet through Meet Mobile is set to $1.99 and no revenue sharing takes places
- The Free Heat Sheets option is available at no charge
- The price of Full Meet Data can be changed at any time through the last day of the meet
- If the price is lowered, there may be users that already paid more for the previous price
- If for some reason the heat sheet option should no longer be configured, select Restrict Heat sheet Data at any time through the last day of the meet
- Again, consider that some users may have already purchased the heat sheet feature (restriction means those users will no longer have access to heat sheets)
