If qualifying times are not imported into Team Manager, please see steps below:

If using Team Manager:
  1. Contact Meet Host 
  • Note: Commonly caused by differing course type in meet set-up and session set-up
If using Meet Manager:
  1. Click Set-up
  2. Click Meet Set-up
  3. Check Course

  2. Click Events
  3. Click Sessions
  4. Double-Click a session
  5. Check to see if course type is set up the same as the Meet Set-up

  2. Click OK
  3. Exit back to main screen
  4. Export events
