1. When creating a report, Meet Manager and Team Manager use some settings from printer set as default printer in Windows
  2. When receiving an error Meet Manager (or Team Manager) has encountered a problem and needs to close, one possible solution is setting a different printer as default printer in windows control panel - devices and printers
  3. If they are on an early release of product try installing latest service pack update
  4. If that does resolve issue, a Clean Install for Hy-Tek Software of software should be done
