When deciding who will pay the processing fees for Swim Manager, the administrator has two options in Account Settings under Organization:
- Pass fee on to participants - processing fees are charged to registrants when using Active.com to register for programs. groups, and meets.
- Note: If registrations or additional fees are added by the administrator using the administrator user interface; processing fees for these purchases will be charged to the organization.
- Note: If you wish all processing fees to be charged to the registrant regardless of how they were entered please contact supprt@hy-tekltd.com.
- Absorb fee - all processing fees absorbed by organization
