Age Divisions use a birth date range to define which athletes are eligible to compete in that division
  1. Go to Set-up > Meet Set-up
  2. Under Meet Type:
    1. Select Divisions By Event
    2. Check Use Division Birthdate Ranges
  3. ​Click OK
  4. Go to Set-up > Division/Region Names > Divisions
  5. Click a specific division to bring up edit screen
    1. Enter Code
    2. Enter Division Name
    3. Enter Low Age
    4. Enter High Age
    5. Low age date calculation
      1. ​Y calculates on year
      2. D uses Meet Start Date
      3. L allows you to enter date in text box
    6. High age date calculation
      1. ​Y calculates on year
      2. D uses one day after Meet Start Date
      3. L allows you to enter date in text box
  6. (Optional) Or, click Youth USATF or Youth AAU to set-up their age divisions
  7. Click Close
