Go to Run, select prelim round of event which requires swim-off
Click on Swim-off option in top bar (SWMM 6,7 or 8.0) - or go to events and add Swim-off event
When asked Create swim-off for event - click Yes
Next screen will say event has been added and ask if you want to change event number. Respond Yes to change event number, or No to use default number
Select swimmers to be included in Swim-off (SWMM 8 only), then click OK
Swimmers will be added to event and result time from prelims used as their entry time for Swim-off event
After Swim-off is completed and results are entered click on Prelim round of event Swim-off is for
Click on JD button and you will be asked Do you want to auto break the ties based on swim-off results? Click Yes to auto break ties and No to not auto break ties (SWMM 7 or 8)
