If you receive a message stating Team Manager has stopped working when creating reports, follow the steps below:

Solution 1: Change Default Printer
  1. Right-click the windows start icon
  2. Click Control Panel
  3. Click View Devices and Printers
  4. Right-click Microsoft Print to PDF
  5. Click Set as Default Printer
Solution 2: Install Demo version of Meet Manager 7.0 for Swimming

Note: This installs several report files that are then used in Meet Manager and Team Manager.  You do NOT have to use the demo for the reports.

Solution 3: Install Times Font Files
  1. Close Meet Manager/Team Manager
  2. Download Times Font files: Times_Font.zip
  3. Unzip the file
  4. Copy the four files to C:\Windows\Fonts
NoteIf you encounter a warning dialog click 'Yes'
  1. Launch Meet Manager/Team Manager
  2. Create the reports
