When Importing Registrations from Swim Manager and you receive the message No athletes returned for selected date range:

  1. Check date range selected ensure athletes registered during timeframe selected
  2. Check that Team Manager license matches Swim Manager account name exactly 
  • Note: If Team Manager and Swim Manager names do not match exactly, e-mail sales@hy-tekltd.com or call 1-866-456-5111 (option 1) for details on updating your license name
  1. Check Acive.com settings in Team Manager match Swim Manager account details ​exactly
  • Note: Active.com settings in Team Manager must match Swim Manager settings exactly in these fields: team name, address,and contact information 
    1. From main screen in Team Manager select File 
    2. Select Active.com settings
