If you have a previous version of a Hy-Tek product and would like to upgrade, follow these steps:

  • Note: You will need to know the license name on your previous version, this is found on the main screen of all Hy-Tek products in the bottom left corner under licensed to:​
  • Note: Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. 
  1. Got to https://hytek.active.com/store.html
  2. Select desired product
  3. Select Upgrade option
    • Note: All of your previously purchased features (i.e. awards, timing interface, etc.) will be included in your upgrade and do not need to be purchased again
  4. Select your Product Delivery Option and click Add to Cart
  5. Select shipping method 
  6. Select appropriate Tax Status
    • Note: If you select Please use the State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (TEC) that I have previously submitted  there will be a delay in processing your order if TEC cannot be found.
  7. Select Checkout button
  8. Fill out shipping and payment info
    • Note: If you wish to use a purchase order as payment type then your order will not be processed until the P.O. is recieved
  9. Click Submit
  10. On order summary page, click Complete Your Order
