When trying to access eLesson Training Videos (Help > eLessons), two issues may occur:

Issue 1: Encounter message about needing plugin
Issue 2: Video may open but not play

You have two options to resolve the issues:

Option 1: Set Internet Explorer as your default browser
a. Open Internet Explorer
b. Click Tools icon
c. Select Internet Options
d. Click Programs tab
e. Click Make default
f. Click OK
g. Close and reopen browser for change to take effect
 
Option 2: Download Windows Media Plugin for your browser
Note: Download should be available on your browser's website  - search Windows Media Plugin in your search engine and select appropriate page for your browser
Note: eLessons cannot be viewed on Google Chrome
