Adding Installments to specific player schedules is helpful if individual payment schedules differ from those set in the payment plan. Below are instructions on how to add an installment from a player's payment schedule
  1. Go to People Players > Manage Player Information
  2. Use available fields to locate player
    1. Last Name
    2. First Name
    3. Member Id
    4. OrgID (the default is the current organization ID)
  • Note: To perform partial search, enter alphanumeric characters followed by wildcard (percentage symbol) -- % -- or just enter first name and last name
  • EXAMPLE: Searching first name of mi% returns players with first name starting with "mi" (Michael, Michelle, Mike, etc.)
  1. Click Find
  2. Click player Last Name to view Person Maintenance record
  3. Click View Payment Schedule
  4. Click Edit
  5. Edit last payment to be lesser than current payment scheduled
  • EXAMPLE: If last payment is set to be $160.00, edit payment to be $150
  1. Click Add New Installment
  2. Add or Edit Installments to desired amounts
  3. Click Save Changes
