A photo can be added to a staff member who is assigned a team job right (option becomes available after staff is assigned).

1. Assign Staff Member to a Team
2. Click Upload Photo under Photo Column next to Staff Member's name within Team Maintenance
3. Click Choose File, locate/select photo on computer, click Upload
4. Click Close

Alternatively, a photo can be added in Staff Maintenance as well
1. Click Staff
2. Enter keywords for Staff Member, click Find
3. Click Staff Member's Last Name
4. Check box on far left of Staff Member's Contact Information
5. Click Choose File, locate/select photo on computer, click Upload
6. Click Close

Before assigning a staff member to a team no photo appears:
