Cancel Registration for Players Registered Prior to 11/4/2015

A player who registered prior to 11/4/2015 may have their registrations cancelled, but not refunded. This is due to the implementation of the refund tool released on 11/3/2015, which allows a player's card to be refunded directly.  Below are directions to cancel a player's registration after logging into LeagueOne and finding the player's account

1. Navigate to Registration History
2. Click Refund/Cancel next to player's registration
3. Click OK on confirmation pop-up window
