If you can log into Active.com, but receive the following error message when logging into Active Giving, it is because your Active.com account is not associated with Active Giving.

Below are the instructions to associate Active.com account with Active Giving:
  1. Navigate to http://www.active.com/explorer
  2. Enter your ACTIVE Passport Username (email address) and Password
  3. Click Continue
  4. Re-enter Password
  5. Click SKIP
  • Note: Leave other fields blank.
