Below are step-by-step instructions for cancelling your ACTIVE Advantage premium membership. Got here by mistake? Head to the Advantage website to explore and redeem your premium benefits.
 
  1. Visit ACTIVE.com and click “Sign In” in the upper right-hand corner
    1. Sign in using your ACTIVE.com or ACTIVE Advantage email and password. These credentials are one in the same.
  2. Once signed in, hover over your name that now appears in the upper right-hand corner and click “View Profile” from the menu that appears.
  3. Once your profile page loads, click “Active Advantage” under the list of destinations on the left-hand side.
    1. This page gives you quick and easy details about your Advantage membership.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the table and find the words “Your membership is active and will renew automatically.” Click the link “Cancel my membership.”

5. Once you confirm the cancellation of your membership, the page will reload.
  1. You will now see the words “Recurring payments have been disabled.” at the bottom of the table.
  2. You will also see a notification in a yellow bar across the top of the page notifying you of the change to your membership status.
  3. You will also see a change in the information at the top of the page under the words “Membership Status” that includes the day your membership expires.
