If you have completed the workout but failed or forgot to log it, you can manually log it following below steps:
  1. Open app
  2. Go to training part
  3. Select desired workout
  4. Tap Go to Workout
  5. Tap Start Now
  6. Tap right arrow
  • Note: Please keep clicking it until the workout is completed.
  1. Slide screen up and down to set distance
  2. Tap Set Distance
  3. Click Log
       Note: Currently total time cannot be edited manually.
