Below are the steps to resend a pre-paid registration invitation to a team member in the case they failed to receive it:
  1. Log in to ACTIVE.com
  2. Choose event
  3. Click into Team Center
  4. Find TEAM MEMBERS section at the bottom
  5. Resend invitation(s):
    1. If you would like to resend invitation emails to all pending confirmation members, click Resend invitations
    2. If you only want to re-invite a certain member, hover mouse over that member's row and click resend icon on the right
    • Note: If one invitation was sent to the wrong email address, hover mouse over that row and click revoke icon on the right, then refresh the page and click Invite pre-paid above
