Events using ACTIVE Network systems may offer participants the option of purchasing Registration Protection. This optional add-on ensures participants' full registration fees are protected if they are unable to participate in the event due to covered reasons. Please note that this option is managed by Booking Protect (not ACTIVE Network).

To submit a refund application, visit http://bookingprotect.com/refund/

To cancel your Booking Protect purchase, visit https://cancel.bookingprotect.com/. Must be within 14 days of purchase and does not refund your registration.

Note: In order to submit a refund application, the Booking Reference Number must be provided. If you do not have your Booking Reference Number, please contact our consumer support team at support@active.com.

Please note we also offer ACTIVE Refund. Refer to your Confirmation Email to determine which product was purchased.
