If you feel you would benefit from repeating a workout, you can always do so by following these steps:
 
1. Swipe Workout screen from left to right
2. Find workout that you would like to repeat
Example: Week 1 Day 1
3. Press repeat symbolUser-added image or REPEAT

Note: The Log Detail page will show two runs after you repeat a workout.

Note: The total distance and time will be for your most recently completed workout.
