If you sent a pre-paid invitation to the incorrect email address, use the following steps to revoke the invitation after logging into ACTIVE.com and accessing My Events at https://myevents.active.com .

Note: These instructions only apply to participants registering (and managing teams) via ACTIVE Works Endurance

1. Click Manage My Team
2. Click Team in menu (on left)
3. Open Pre-Paid Invitees tab
4. Check box next to relevant invitation
5. Click Revoke

You will then be able to invite correct pre-paid participant.
