Appeal League NTRP Rating on Mobile Device

Please follow the steps below to complete your League NTRP Appeal on your mobile device:

Note: Please make sure your browser is ALLOWING pop-ups from TennisLink before starting the questionnaire

1. Navigate to TennisLink Leagues Homepage (https://m.tennislink.usta.com/leagues) 
2. Click LOGIN button

3. Enter Email Address
4. Enter Password
5. Click LOGIN button
6. Under NTRP Level, click Appeal Rating Level link

7. On Automated Appeal Entry page, select Appeal Rating Up or Down
8. Select Self-Rate Level Requested from dropdown
9. Click Submit button

10. If prompted, please follow steps to complete Player Self-Rate Appeal Form 
11. Start by verifying Player Information
12. Enter General Information
13. Review General & Experienced Player Guidelines
14. Answer questions carefully in each section
15. On Agreements and Signature area, check box to state information presented is correct
16. In Submitted by box, make selection from dropdown 
17. Input Name
18. Click Complete to submit appeal

19. On Appeal Submitted screen, click Close Window
