If you are a captain and cannot enter scores, the issue likely deals with one of the following three things:

You are Not Logged in as Captain
  1. Login to Team Tennis homepage
  2. Under My Profile, check that Coach/Captain link is in bold
    • If not, click Coach/Captain link
  3. Enter team scores again
Not Listed as Captain or Co-Captain of Team
  1. Login to Team Tennis homepage
  2. Under My Profile, check that Coach/Captain link is in bold
    • If not, click Coach/Captain link
  3. Under My Options, click TEAMS
    • Change Year (if necessary) and look for your team. If your team is not listed, you are not setup as Coach/Captain. You will want to contact your Program Coordinator to get this updated
Not Safe Play Compliant
  1. Login to My Tennis page on TennisLink with email and password
  2. In upper right corner, click Manage Account link
  3. Click Safe Play Process tab
