If you have questions about your Flex League registrations, schedules or refunds you can follow the steps below to get the contact information for your LTO, Local Tennis Organizer:
- Note: This is assuming that you are already registered for Flex Leagues. If you have not yet registered but interested in more information, go to Find Flex League
- Login to Flex Leagues Homepage
- Click My Registrations
- Choose desired flight/league
- Click flight name link
- Click blue LTO button
- Email LTO with inquiry
