TennisLink has a new feature called Communication Center. This first phase of Communication Center is for the tournaments application. This feature will allow Tournament Directors and Tournament Administrators to send tournament messages to players who have subscribed to receive the messages. As a Tournament Director, follow the steps below to access your tournament and send a message through the Communication Center:

Note: You need to be logged in with your Tournament Director account in order to send tournament messages. Additionally, messages can only been sent when at least one player is subscribed to tournament messages. If no players have subscribed to receive tournament messages, the tournament will not be available in the Communication Center

Note: For tournaments that have a player selection process, the option for Event Communications is not initially available to players. Once players have been selected into the tournament, they will be sent a selection confirmation email that contains a link for them to subscribe to tournament messages
  1. Login to TennisLink Tournaments Homepage
  2. Under Administration, click Communication Center

  2. Enter cell phone number
  3. Click Subscribe

  1. Under Select Your Recipients, click Change

  1. Select desired tournament
  • Note: the tournament will not be available in the Communication Center if players have not subscribed
  1. In Select Your Message area, choose desired message from drop down
