If you registered for an event and it did not occur, the tournament director is responsible for issuing you any applicable refund based on Section or tournament policy.

This can be an individual event being canceled, weather related cancellation or the entire event being canceled. The tournament director will most likely not have the means to credit your credit card and will need to issue you a check.
