If you made one order for two registrations, sometimes it seems that two orders are shown in your Order History, but in fact you were charged for one order, please double check with your bank whether extra money was taken out.

If you are sure that extra money has been taken out, please provide your order numbers(beginning with C-) or registration IDs(beginning with R-) or charge details (charge amount, charge date, last four digits of the card charged and card holder’s name) to customer support support@active.com for further investigation.
