Tax Exemption (US Customers Only)
 
For US customers, if your organization is tax-exempt, we recommend sending your tax exemption certificate to Hyteksales@active.com before placing your order or any questions you have about your tax exemption status on file.

Purchase Orders
 
If you would like to pay using a Purchase Order, you still need to place an order online and select Purchase Order as the billing option. Your Purchase Order need to be received before your order is processed. 

Send an email to Hyteksales@active.com if you have questions about one of the following:
  1. If we accept Purchase Orders from your organization
  2. If you need a W9 

Quote
 
If you want to view the prices of our products, you can actually select the items you are interested in and generate a quote on your own! See Quote for Hy-tek Products on how to generate quotes and know the price of the product you are purchasing. 

If you need a formal quote as a new customer, please include your organization's name and address when you send your requests to Hyteksales@active.com.
