Below are instructions to adjust program details (step 1 of registration setup) after logging into Swim Manager and clicking Create program.
  1. Select Program type (Season or Lesson / clinic)

Based on the program type selected, click on a link below to jump to that particular section and review next steps:

Season Program
  1. Select Season (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, or Year-round
  2. Adjust Name
  • Note: This name is displayed in the online registration listing and within reports
  1. Enter Team name
  2. Enter Team abbreviation
  3. Select Governing body (USA Swimming, BCSSA, Canada, Swimming Australia, Swimming New Zealand, Swimming South Africa, Other/Not applicable)
  • Note: If USA Swimming is selected, several required registration form questions are added automatically per USA Swimming
  1. Select Local Swim Committee (LSC), which dynamically updates based on the previous selection
  • Note: This option does not display after selecting Other/Not applicable
  1. Apply Dates that the program runs
  • Note: Registration dates are selected later
  1. Click Save & continue to proceed to Groups

Note: Once this step is completed or saved, the Program type and Governing body fields cannot be edited (all other fields may be changed)
 

Lesson Program/Clinic Program
  1. Adjust Name
  • Note: This name is displayed in the online registration listing and within reports
  1. Apply Dates that the program runs
  • Note: Registration dates are selected later
  1. Click Save & continue to proceed to Sessions

Note: Once this step is completed or saved, the Program type and Governing body fields cannot be edited (all other fields may be changed)
