After updating Team Manager, you may encounter the following error on startup:

You may also encounter other errors related to updating Team Manager via the Check for Updates menu, or when connecting to Team Connect Online. To fix the error, follow these steps:

  1. Close out of Team Manager
  2. Try running Team Manager as an administrator
    1. Right-click the Team Manager icon
    2. Click Run as administrator

If the error still comes up, try enabling Compatibility Mode
  1. Close out of Team Manager
  2. Right-click the Team Manager icon
  3. Click Properties

  1. Click OK
  2. Open Team Manager
If the Error persists
  1. head back to Step 3 above and un-check Run this program in Compatability Mode
  2. Check off Run this program as an administrator 
  3. Click Apply
  4. Click OK
  5. Open Team Manager
If you run in an ActiveX Error close Team Manager and head back to Step 6
  1. Un-check Run this program as an administrator
  2. Click Apply 
  3. Click OK
  4. Open Team Manager
