If the Heat Sheet you selected was not published by meet host, follow the steps below to request a refund:

iOS users:
1. Open iTunes
2. Select iTunes Store link in left-hand column
3. Near top right corner, click arrow next to your user name (email address)
4. Select Account
5. About half way down screen, click Purchase History
6. View your App Store purchase history in bottom portion of screen
7. Click Report a Problem
8. Locate iTunes invoice with application you would like a refund for
9. Click Report a Problem link
10. Fill out form that follows and be sure to be as detailed as possible
11. Click Next
Note: If your reason for requesting a refund is valid, Apple generally responds within a few days and processes your refund within a week.
Android users:
Please contact Active Meet Mobile Support Team via email with your order number and Google play store account to request a refund.
