If you are a team captain in an event and you bought pre-paid registrations for your members, you'll need to send pre-paid invitations to your members for them to complete registrations. Please refer to the following steps to do so:
  1. Log into MyEvents
  2. Navigate to the proper event registration
  3. Click Invite pre-paid
  • Note: if Invite pre-paid button is not presented at the position below, please click into "team center" on the left to find it.

  1. Insert the email addresses of the team members to invite
  2. Select which category to invite team members to
  3. (Optional) Customize email message if necessary
